create a shortcut to the program. edit the shortcut so at the end it says "-fullscreen" w/o the quotes. then run the shortcut.

What's the commandline and how do I use it? I'm trying to make my screen bigger and I am told that I need to type -scaleup in the commandline but i don't know what that is or even how do access it. I thought there would be a console or ctrl and some letter will help me access it but i was wrong. Also, does anyone know how to use the jump n bump menu they let you download? If anyone can help me, please do. thanx.
