tahari01 I loved Dark Legions and Westward from Reflexive. However, when starting the game, I noticed the wording was like that of a 2nd grader. Also, there's no option for easy, normal or hard gameplay. I've noticed after the tutorial, you're given harder enemies to face and not a whole lot of options to increase your army since you have to pay them all individually. I'd advise everyone to try the demo version before going all out for the full game version. dirtytoes Wait?!? Where is the I'd Rather Not option? I will admit first hand that I did not go far in this game. I had high hopes for this game after playing such great games such as Westward and The Dark Legions that came out of Reflexive. But what put me off was the waiting. I went through the tutorial and came to a bridge. In order to cross this bridge the character must wait for it to be repaired. You have a choice of waiting one hour or four but are advised to use the one hour option (wonders to self why bother with the second option?) Thinking this is just role play I click wait one hour. And I wait. I got to the restroom, come back and still not time. I fix a bowl of cereal and wait some more. It still is not time and I cannot cross. I also cannot do anything else. I am stuck on that bridge. To me this is just bad engineering. If a character must wait then at least give him something to do. Sitting a twiddling your thumbs while you wait..not really appealing to most gamers that I know. I would recommend that anyone considering this game tries the demo first. If they have time a plenty on their hands then maybe they won't mind sitting and staring at a screen. mitch7004 This game has massive potential, the graphics music and such are only average but the idea behind is rather good, it is reminiscent of the old school "Lords of magic"games. unfortunately this game has ALOT of gramatical errors and you may find it hard to focus enough to decode some of the messages. |
