• "Chromadrome 2 - Gotta love it! And to think I almost passed this one up! I thought that this was going to be something like Marble Madness perhaps, or something similar... NOT EVEN CLOSE!Chromadrome 2 is an outstanding game! The graphics just blow me away. It's fast paced, with something new coming at you all the time. The game allows you to pick your own music to play in the background. (Nonpoint and Disturbed work for me.) One of the things that impressed me most was that no matter how simple or how advanced your computer is, the game can be set to specifications to make it playable and enjoyable for everyone. I enjoy the :awards: you get as you play deeper into the game and applaud the programmer who designed this whole setup. I wonder where we can get Chromadrome 1? I hope that Chromadrome 3 is released here!?!?" - Dewski • "The need for speed! This game can be described in one word, COOL! yep its very cool. So much better than snail mail. The graphics are splendid, the sounds cool!especially since i could put in my favorite catchy tunes...i performed better with my own music.the gameplay is neat as there is no more die-and-start-again-at-level-1 mode.11 thumbs up from me!" - adam565 • "Get This Game Now!!! I'd never heard of Chromadrome 1 before so I had no idea what to expect with #2. I read the description and it sounded interesting so I checked it out. Having never seen #1 before this game reminds me very much of Snail Mail, only way better. Mesmerizing, beautiful, and maddeningly addictive are dead on statements. The tracks and the scenery are magnificent as you race through each of the areas. The game is simple enough to pick it up quickly and challenging enough to keep you playing for long periods of time, I kept telling myself I was going to quit after each race but couldn't, before I knew it the demo was expired. The part of this game that I like best is that you can play your own music files during the game. The game let's you play your music files via an explorer type interface. On top of that the skies in the game (while you are playing) are visualizations that play to the music. I was playing Demon Days by Gorillaz and it was just amazing to watch. I can't wait to try it with some Pink Floyd or some kick butt AC/DC cranking through my system and dancing on my screen. You also win medals that unlock bonus races, that upon winning, give you bonuses that you activate in your BFM (Bonus Feature Manager). I can now change my little guys eyes to blue and display the music tracks that are playing on the screen with the two bonuses I've earned so far. I keep playing just to find out what bonus I get next. The graphics are mesmerizing, the sound (with my own tunes) is outstanding, and the game play is a whole lot of fun. I love this game and I highly recommend it, fun for just about everyone!" - vinnyp3You can familiarize with our users' comments about the given game and add your own comments read more comments or add yours |
